• Design an individualized exercise program applying the appropriate stimulus for safe and efficient healing.
• Educate you on any postures and activities that may be detrimental to the healing tissue.
• Treatment may include pain relieving modalities; such as ice, heat, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and joint mobilization.
