Ryan is passionate about training. The mission is to “Change personal health outcomes by making physical activity a habit!” Fitness becomes easier when it supports our healthy active lifestyle. Leisure-time physical activity or things we do for movement and fun should be the focus of any fitness program. inspiring a healthy, active lifestyle is a goal for each client he works with.
The common goal that Ryan shares for his clients is to become confident with personal exercise and resistance training. We all can benefit from planned exercise but the gym setting is not for everyone and fitness information is everywhere! Ryan takes pride in working with healthcare practitioners to create simple, efficient, trusted programs for better health outcomes and more meaningful fitness experience whether in the clinic or home gym.
Getting fitter should not be complicated and Ryan raises the bar by referring out to healthcare providers and taking referrals from healthcare providers for individuals afflicted by chronic or temporary health conditions that can be slowed, changed or reversed by becoming more physically active!
Common exercises Ryan Believes in and considers necessary for daily functioning are, Squats, Pulling & Pushes, Core bracing, Stepping up, and deadlifts. Making functional exercises appropriate and progressing them is how Ryan has created success with clients he works with. To work with Ryan call the Woodside Clinic and request to be on the schedule. We would love to help you with your physical fitness!
